Success Story - A Polish speaking gentleman came into our office recently in dire need of help. An accident at work left him permanently disabled, unable to continue working and without medical insurance. With the help of the Polish Outreach counselor, he completed all of the required applications and forms for State Supplement, Medicaid, Food Stamps, and State Administered General Assistance. The counselor also found that he qualifies for disability insurance so he will soon be receiving this along with other assistance to cover his food, medical, and living expenses.
