HIV+ individuals should already be engaged in care at the Wellness Resource Center
A registered nurse and medical case
management team work together to help:
- Individuals who are currently taking antiretroviral therapy (ART) stick to their regimen
- Individuals who have stopped taking ART and need to restart it
- Individuals whose doctors have prescribed ART but who have not started taking it
