Wed: 8:30am-6:00pm
Fri.: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

HIV+ individuals should already be engaged in care at the Wellness Resource Center

A registered nurse and medical case
management team work together to help:

  • Individuals who are currently taking antiretroviral therapy (ART) stick to their regimen
  • Individuals who have stopped taking ART and need to restart it
  • Individuals whose doctors have prescribed ART but who have not started taking it

Free service to HIV/AIDS+ residents of Hartford County. We keep your information strictly confidential according to state and federal regulations.
