Since 1964, the Human Resources Agency of New Britain has been dedicated to increasing economic self-sufficiency among individuals and families. We provide a wide variety of services that support our citizens at every phase of life, from early childhood education, to employment and training, to elderly assistance. Our mission is to respond to the causes and conditions of poverty while building stronger individuals, families, and communities.
