These services are offered free of charge to Connecticut residents. All information is kept strictly confidential. HRA is an equal opportunity provider under USDA.

Eligibility Criteria:

All CT Residents that meet current Federal Income Guidelines are eligible to receive TEFAP Food Products. The quantity and variety of food varies based on availability. Additional pantry services are available to residents of New Britain who provide proof of residency such as any bill, rent receipt, or lease.
