VITA's 15th Annual Celebration Dinner
HRA celebrated the VITA Program's 15th year of volunteer tax preparation at the Crystal Ballroom in New Britain on April 25, 2019. Event sponsors Achieve Financial Credit Union and Tunxis Community College allowed HRA to pay tribute to all of the volunteers, funders, partners and employees in style.

National Crime Victims' Rights Awareness Walk
The City of New Britain is partnering with HRA to bring awareness to National Crime Victims' Rights Week, which takes place April 7-April 13. The purpose of the week is to raise awareness and to bring a national commitment to a more equitable and supportive response to victims. On Monday April 8 Mayor Erin Stewart will hold a press conference to present a proclamation. On Saturday, Arpil 13, HRA will host a 1.5 mile walk in downtown New Britain.
