Director, Information Technology
Travis Nichols is the Director of Information Technology at HRA. He joined the HRA team in 2011 after being one of the agency’s IT consultants. He currently leads the IT department’s operational and strategic planning initiatives for directing technology growth that supports over 200 employees at 10 locations.
Travis’ leadership and expertise contribute to an innovative and streamlined operation for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all systems including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and office automation equipment.
He has over twenty years of diverse experience in the field supporting information technology and electronics operations in both nonprofit and profit environments. With both programming and electronics education, Travis is passionate about providing excellent customer service and making the complex world of technology easy to understand and apply.
