HRA's Employment and Training Programs help people of all ages:

  • Get a better job
  • Get the training you need to improve your skills


CDA (Childhood Development Associate) credential is a requirement for all early childhood teacher assistants. With support from the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain, HRA's new program will offer a low-cost, convenient location with built-in supports from our management team to make it easier to earn the certification and become a qualified teacher. More detail soon.
